Finding Inner Peace

We’ve created a new introductory course: “Finding Inner Peace: A 6-week course to reduce stress and suffering & unlock ease and purpose (without needing to move to a monastery).” We’ve taught it one-to-one during Summer 2021, and are now filming a video version, which will be available on this page for the long term. The course teaches our signature “inner peace skills” (distilled from Zen meditation and mindfulness, modern somatic therapy, and energy psychology), to help you come alive, heal whatever blocks you may be experiencing, and find and embody your most genuine path and self.
