Finding Inner Peace

We’ve created a signature introductory program: “Finding Inner Peace: A 6-week course to reduce stress and suffering & discover ease and purpose (without needing to move to a monastery).” Mary Hartley taught it one-to-one last summer, and is now working on a video version, which is emerging at the pace of nature and will be available on this page for the long term.

The course teaches our “inner peace skills” (distilled with great care from Zen meditation and mindfulness, modern somatic therapy, and energy psychology), to help you come alive, heal and navigate whatever natural blocks you may be experiencing, and find and embody your most genuine path and self in the present moment. It’s designed to be holistic, trauma-informed, and compassion-based for the modern world (and also so fun and accessible!).
