We have created a new introductory course: “Finding Inner Peace: A 6-week course to reduce stress & suffering and unlock ease & purpose (without needing to move to a monastery).” We’re currently teaching it one-to-one, if you’d like to get started now. This fall (2021) we’ll be filming a video version, which will be available on this page for the long term. The course teaches our signature “inner peace skills” (from Zen meditation and mindfulness, modern somatic therapy, and energy psychology), to help you come alive and discover your most genuine path & self.
